BREKKY CLUB

On the 11th May students from Yuleba State School participated in the first morning of the Breakfast Club.  Students enjoyed a healthy breakfast of raisen toast and fruit.  Every Tuesday morning the breakfast club will be held to help and improve the health & nutrition, children's education and improving, supporting parent and family life.

  

 


NATIONAL FAMILY'S DAY

National Families day was held on the 16th May 2010.  The central aim is to celebrate the vital role that families play particularly highlight the inportance of giving every child a happy and healthy childhood.  The norning consisted of a Healthy Breakfast, followed by family races.  Such as egg & spoon race, skipping race, catch & splash and many more.  A painting competition was held, where chldren painted there families.  Jumping castles & face painting provided extra stimulation for the children.  The morning was a highly successful with approximently 38 students and parents participating.

 

 


Kindermusik

On the 17th May children from Yuleba & Wallumbilla attended yet another enjoyable program of Kindermusik.  The program involves music, movement, singing and games.  This program improves childrens cognitive as well as emotional development of the child.  On behalf of Maranoa Health Enhancement Program Tammy Harland would like to thank Katrina Marsh and the parents & children who attended.

     


KARAOKE - Wallumbilla & Yuleba

On the 16th April students from Wallumbilla & Yuleba participated in a Karaoke night, in conduction with celebrating YOUTH WEEK.  The night kicked off at 6.00pm, with local young talents kicking up a storm.  The night was very entertaining, and was well received with 52 people attending.
