Podiatry, occupational therapy, audiology, physiotherapy, speech pathology and other disciplines on request (subject to availability). The program has been establised to provide short term (one - 12 sessions), professional care services for people with health issues that require specialised assessment, treatment or education.

Funding Local Community Initiatives
Small grants are available to support local community initiatives in each Shire via the Flexible Funding Pool. Information on funding criteria may be obtained from your local Community Access Worker.
